I understand that the people at Ecover (UK) Limited (“Ecover’) want to keep Ecover’s new ideas, designs and products under wraps and secret. In order to participate in this, therefore, I agree to keep the Ecover products, packaging, designs, drawings, concepts, marketing ideas and plans I see confidential and I will refrain from discussing them with any third party. This means no social media posts, such as Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook or Instagram, about what I see/trial.
Ecover, and its assignees, will be free to use my feedback, including any submissions I make, in consideration for access to the community, as well as any technological, product, marketing, business or other idea that I suggest in response to my participation. In addition, any invention, whether patentable or not, including designs, products, and methods, together with any data, and any know-how, trade secret, and other intellectual property that I conceive or make during or as part of this market research will be “Assigned IP”. Assigned IP will be the exclusive property of Ecover and I hereby assign, transfer, and release to Ecover, and its assignees, all of my rights in and to all Assigned IP free and clear of any lien, encumbrance or any other right or interest of any other person or entity, and will execute all documents requested by such company to further document its ownership rights.
Ecover shall be controller of your data, and any personal information shared shall be dealt with in accordance with Ecover’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use . Should you no longer consent to Ecover’s use of your personal information as set out in Ecover’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use you can email privacyinquiries@scj.com at any time to request that we delete your personal information.
